Shipping policy

Currently, we only ship our products within Lebanon.
Items ordered and purchased in our online shop are delivered promptly, usually within 3–4 working days.
For orders up to a value of USD 89.–, shipping costs USD 4.–. For orders of USD 90.– and above, we’re happy to cover the shipping costs for you.
Delivery is made directly by une ligne GmbH.
Shipping is primarily handled by Swiss Post.
Please carefully check the package upon receipt for accuracy, completeness, and any damage. Report any issues to us immediately, but no later than 5 calendar days after delivery.
